It really depends on a few things. Typically staff and engineers respond within 24 hours of your post and usually during business hours (9AM to 5PM MST).
One thing to note is that sometimes emails may be lost or removed accidentally by spam filters. If you have sent an email and have not received a response within 48 hours either resend your email or send a private message.
